Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Must be within 30 days of the order being received.

Items that appear worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

Returns must be initiated by following the instructions on the return slip included in your order.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
We take product quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence of the issue must be provided before we can process a return or replacement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:

Return the item as per our return process.

Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds can take time to process—please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. 1Important:
We do not issue refunds for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Returns from orders flagged for excessive return activity may be denied at our discretion.
If a return appears fraudulent or abusive, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Sale items
Sale items are eligible for returns within 30 days, but refunds for sale items will only be issued as store credit.
If you cancel a sale item before it ships, your refund will also be issued as store credit.
