Shipping policy

For U.K. shipping we offer a choice of Royal Mail, Evri or DPD. You should receive your order 2–5 working days after payment. We don’t ship on bank holidays.

Orders over £100 qualify for free UK shipping. Please note: if you return items and your order total falls below £100, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and are fully tracked for you to follow the parcel:

• EUROPE: 10–16 working days

• USA: 10–12 working days

• ROW: 10–12 working days

Please allow for any circumstantial delays that are out of our hands. All import duties and taxes are to be paid by the receiver.
